We collect only what we need to verify members, run the directory, process payments, and keep the community safe.

• Account details: email address, legal name, and date of birth, used to confirm you are an adult.
• Verification data: a government ID image, a live selfie and short liveness capture, and results of the face and name match.
• Profile and listing content you choose to publish, such as an anonymous display name, city, rates, and photos.
• Messages and bookings exchanged through the platform's anonymized relay.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited, used to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use your information to verify identity and age, operate accounts and listings, deliver messages, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, trafficking, and underage use, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use identity documents for advertising.

Your ID image and verification selfie are stored privately and are never shown on a public profile. They are reached only through short-lived secure links during review and by authorized Verity administrators for safety and compliance. Your legal name is never displayed to other members.

We share information only where needed to provide the service:

• Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are handled directly by Stripe, and Verity never sees or stores a full card number.
• Infrastructure and security service providers that host the platform and help us detect abuse.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to report suspected trafficking or harm to a minor.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to messages and identity records is restricted to the people involved and authorized administrators. We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for safety, fraud prevention, billing records, and legal compliance.

You can update your profile at any time, pause a listing, and request deletion of your account and personal data from your account settings or by contacting support. Some records, such as payment history or safety reports, may be retained where the law requires it.

Verity Private Network is for adults 18 and older only. We remove any account that we find belongs to a minor.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on this page.
